Wasit Invest is an online platform for listing projects, introducing owners to investors, and providing supporting services.

The platform is not a financial intermediary, a securities firm, or a crowdfunding platform. It does not receive investment funds, hold them, or transfer them between users; it does not sell shares or equity; and it does not pool investors into an investment vehicle.

Payments made on the platform are solely for its own optional services.

The platform provides no investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and does not assess the feasibility of any project on behalf of any user.

The review carried out by our team verifies that a listing is serious, complete and free of prohibited content. It is in no way a recommendation to invest, nor a confirmation that what the owner stated is accurate.

The platform guarantees no return, no project success, and no completion of any deal. Investing in projects carries risk that may extend to the total loss of capital.

You confirm that all data and documents you provide are accurate and complete and that you hold the right to use and publish them.

Publishing contact details (phone numbers, email addresses, links, messaging handles) inside a project title, description or images is prohibited. Repeat attempts lead to account suspension.

Using the platform to request loans, or to raise funds in any other form, or for any activity contrary to Egyptian law, is prohibited.

You alone are responsible for vetting the other party and verifying their details before any commitment or transfer of funds.

The platform reserves the right to review any project or account and to accept, reject, suspend or delete it without stating a reason, in order to preserve platform quality and user trust.

Approval does not constitute a guarantee or an endorsement of the accuracy of any data.

Paid services are entirely optional, and their prices and duration are stated before purchase.

A service is delivered as described, and its value is not refunded after delivery merely because a commercial outcome did not occur, since the platform guarantees no deal completion.

If the platform is unable to deliver a paid service for a reason attributable to it, its value is refunded in full.

Registration is open to project owners and investors from every country. Each project is listed with its country and city, and the platform does no more than introduce the two parties.

The platform moves no money, converts no currency, opens no bank account and takes no part in any banking procedure. Any transfer happens directly between you and the project owner through official banking channels.

You alone are responsible for complying with the laws of your own country and of Egypt on foreign investment, exchange control and tax, and for obtaining any approval or licence you need.

The platform provides no service relating to residency, visas, company formation or legal representation.

Each project amount is shown in the currency its owner chose. Converting to another currency, and the rate you get, are your responsibility.

Creating multiple or fake accounts, using a temporary email address, or impersonating a person or organisation is prohibited.

Using any automated tool to register, submit forms or scrape the platform is prohibited.

Sending promotional messages or links through the platform forms or contact requests is prohibited.

Attempting to reach data or documents you have no permission for, or probing the platform for vulnerabilities without prior written consent, is prohibited.

Breaching this clause leads to immediate suspension or deletion of the account, without notice and without refund.

The platform bears no liability for any dispute, damage or loss arising between its users, or from any deal concluded between them, whether on or off the platform.

The platform bears no liability for the accuracy or completeness of any statement or document provided by any user.

These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

The platform reserves the right to amend these terms. Amendments are published on this page with their date, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
