Wasit Invest connects owners of small and medium projects — in Egypt or any other country — who are seeking a partner with ready investors, after vetting both sides.
1. The problem we solve
An owner of a small project who wants to grow — a workshop, a restaurant, a farm, a shop — faces two options: a loan with interest they cannot carry, or hunting for a partner in social media groups with no guarantee and no documentation.
And an investor holding capital who wants a real project finds their time wasted among repeated listings, ideas with no numbers, and people who are not serious.
Both sides exist and each is looking for the other. The problem is that the channel between them either does not exist or cannot be trusted.
2. What we offer
One platform where an owner lists their project after our team reviews it, browsed by investors whose identity and investment range we have verified.
Contact details and documents stay completely hidden until the owner approves a specific investor request — so no idea is taken and nobody is spammed.
We also offer optional services to owners: featured placement, direct marketing to matching investors from our base, and document verification.
3. The limits of our role
We are a listing, introduction and services platform. We do not receive investment funds, hold them, or transfer them between parties.
We do not sell shares or equity, we do not pool investors into a single vehicle, we give no investment advice, and we guarantee no return.
The deal is concluded between the two parties and their lawyers outside the platform. Diligence on any project and contracting are their responsibility alone.
