We show publicly only the minimum: sector, governorate, funding needed, equity offered, project stage and a short summary. Full details, figures, documents, your name and your phone stay completely hidden until you approve a specific investor request.

One business day, typically. If the project needs a change or a missing document, we send you the reason in detail so you can fix it and resubmit.

Because a platform without review fills up within two weeks with fake projects and disguised loan requests. Investors lose trust, and your presence here becomes worthless. Review is what makes the platform worth something.

No, never. We are strictly a listing, introduction and services platform. We do not receive investment funds, hold them, or transfer them. Payments on the platform are for our own services only. The deal is concluded between the two parties and their lawyers outside the platform.

No. We guarantee no return, give no investment advice, and do not assess any project feasibility on an investor behalf. Our review verifies that the listing is serious and complete, not that it is profitable. Diligence and contracting are the responsibility of both parties.

We run an automatic filter that rejects phone numbers, emails, links and messaging handles — in both Arabic and Latin digits and in spelled-out forms — followed by human review. Repeat attempts lead to account suspension.

Small and medium projects, running or in formation, looking for a single partner: a workshop, restaurant, farm, shop, service business, or small property project. We are not a crowdfunding platform, nor a tech startup platform.

From optional services for project owners: unlocking all requests beyond the free three, featured placement at the top of listings, marketing a project directly to matching investors from our base, and a "Verified" badge after document review. Investors pay nothing.

Yes, any time from your dashboard. On deletion the project stops being shown immediately. Financial transaction records are retained only for the period the law requires.
