Investor data: investment range, preferred sectors and governorates, and an identity document for verification.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited — for platform security and improvement.

Contact details and documents are hidden from all users until you explicitly approve a specific investor request.

The review team sees your data and documents solely for review and verification.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with any marketing party. We share it with no third party except under a court order or legal obligation.

Documents are stored outside the website public directory, so they cannot be reached by a direct link under any circumstance.

No document is served except to someone holding explicit permission over it.

We never store payment card details. Payments are executed on the payment gateway own page, and your card details never pass through our servers.

We retain the transaction reference, amount and status for invoicing and accounting purposes.

We use cookies necessary to operate the site: your login session, form tamper protection, and remembering your chosen language.

We do not use advertising tracking cookies.

The platform servers are in Egypt, so your data is stored and processed there whatever your country.

By using the platform from outside Egypt you agree to your data being transferred there and processed under this policy and Egyptian law.

Your rights to access, correct and delete your data apply in full regardless of your country.

You can access and correct your data from your dashboard at any time.

You can delete your project or your account at any time. We retain financial transaction records only for the period the law requires.
